Rick Weaver, Broker Associate

I would like to introduce Rick Weaver the newest San Juan Realty Broker Associate.

Rick is a recent transplant from Los Angeles, California. Prior to receiving his Real Estate License he had a lengthy and successful career as a Television Producer in Los Angeles. Before joining the San Juan Realty team he was a Broker Associate at Peaks Realty in Telluride as a Sotheby representative.

In addition to being a Real Estate Broker Rick is an active Real Estate Developer and Development Consultant here in the Ridgway area supervising the highly anticipated and recently approved RiverSage Development P.U.D. Project.
